Birthday Cards/Shout Out to Generals

1.       Academic Recovery:  Students failing 1 class or more are not allowed to attend Torchlight Ceremony or HPR.

a.       Who will stay back? David will stay in Room B105 for the Torchlight Ceremony , Jane Verdow? will stay in the Media Center for the HPR 

b.      How will we organize how we get work to them? 

c.       Any other AR initiatives we need to discuss as a house?  Update the form with all of your AR decisions and Torchlight/HPR logistics.

2.       Culture walkers this week: 

a.       We need two. David and ?

b.       Share the living culture walk doc with our housemates after we have completed them so issues can immediately be noted.

3.       Talent Show update: 

a.       Who’s dancing for our house? 

b.      Who are our performers competing? What is the order of presentation?

c.       What colors do we need to start telling our students to wear?
d.      Rehearsals on Monday June 2nd after school.

Let's Turn Up The Heat!

1.       “It’s the little things” Brainstorm how Lafayette LEADERs can inspire these next 3 weeks (teacher to teacher, teacher to student, student to student, etc.)

2.       “Generals Got Talent!”  House update.  I need someone to help Stephanie with auditions on Thursday May 15 at 3:30 in the Main Gym

3.       “Together we are brilliant” Update our house-wide initiatives to reduce failures.  Here’s the link.

4.        “Getting’ WITty Wit IT” Discuss each WITty kid and update your action steps on the AR Matrix.

5.       “These boots are made for walkin”  Identify two walkers per week and log them on the doc,  TAKE  your Chromebooks, and update on the Lafayette House Living Walkthrough Rubric on our blog.  This isn't going anywhere in year #3.  Here’s the link.
